Israel is a world leader in cannabis research. The latest clinical trial was done on children with autism with amazing results and a success rate of 80%.<\/em><\/h6>\n

The Israel study<\/em><\/p>\n

Dr Adi Aran and his team<\/a> work from Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem. Over a period of seven months they tested CBD oil treatment in 60 children (average age 12 years) with autism spectrum disorder<\/a>. Treatment included daily doses of cannabis in a 20:1\/CBD:THC ratio. After seven months of receiving CBD, data was collected and found that 80% of the children showed improvement, with 62% showing significant improvement in communication skills and behavioural patterns. The children also experienced reduced anxiety.<\/em><\/p>\n

Benefits of CBD oil<\/h3>\n

CBD oil has thousands of benefits, including reducing inflammation and its effectiveness in protecting nerves and brain cells from damage while helping to heal them.
\n<\/em>Note that CBD<\/strong> is not psychoactive and is used to facilitate epileptic activity for conditions such as Dravet syndrome, which is a severe form of epilepsy.
\n<\/em>Often, autism and epilepsy can be parallel conditions.
\nCBD allows children with autism to get on with their daily lives, reducing any debilitating symptoms.
\n<\/em>Children treated with CBD have shown radical improvements.
\n<\/em>CBD can be used for a wide range of diseases affecting children, including PANDAS<\/strong>, PTSD<\/strong>, anxiety<\/strong>, epilepsy<\/strong>, insomnia<\/strong>, ADHD<\/strong> and others.<\/em><\/p>\n

It is certainly an exciting time in research and we hope that other groups will follow the lead of those in Israel to continue to explore how CBD can help children.<\/em><\/p>\n
