Israel is a world leader in cannabis research. The latest clinical trial was done on children with autism with amazing results and a success rate of 80%. <\/em><\/h6>\n

The Israel study<\/em><\/p>\n

Dr. Adi Aran and his team<\/a> are based at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. Over a seven-month period, they tested a CBD oil treatment on 60 children (average age 12) with autism spectrum disorder. The treatment consisted of daily doses of cannabis in a 20:1 CBD:THC ratio. Seven months after starting CBD treatment, data were collected, and it was found that 80% of the children showed improvement, with 62% demonstrating significant improvement in communication skills and behavioral patterns. The children also experienced reduced anxiety. <\/em><\/p>\n

Benefits of CBD oil<\/h3>\n

CBD oil has thousands of benefits, including reducing inflammation and protecting nerves and brain cells from damage, while also helping to treat them.
\n<\/em>Note that CBD<\/strong> is not psychoactive and is used to facilitate epileptic activity for conditions such as Dravet syndrome, which is a severe form of epilepsy.
\n<\/em>Often, autism and epilepsy can be parallel conditions.
\nCBD allows children with autism to get on with their daily lives, reducing any debilitating symptoms.
\n<\/em>Children treated with CBD have shown radical improvements.
\n<\/em>CBD can be used for a wide range of diseases affecting children, including PANDAS<\/strong>, PTSD<\/strong>, anxiety<\/strong>, epilepsy<\/strong>, insomnia<\/strong>, ADHD<\/strong> and others.<\/em><\/p>\n

It is certainly an exciting time in research and we hope that other groups will follow the lead of those in Israel to continue to explore how CBD can help children.<\/em><\/p>\n
