Instructions for use: Shake the bottle before use and add to a glass of water.

After opening, consume within 45 days.

Organic Reishi tincture contains only purified water, organic alcohol (25%) and 20:1 certified organic double distilled Reishi(Ganoderma lucidum) extract.
