• For orders within Attica the cost of transport is 3€. The cost of cash on delivery is +2.5€ The delivery of orders is from 1 to 2 working days unless a product is not available.

These charges are borne by the recipient and are added directly to the total amount of the order. Products are shipped same day or next day , unless a product is not available. In this case, the customer is informed by e-mail or by phone by us and we schedule a new delivery date. Other destinations within Greece:

Product returns

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement. Returns are accepted within 14 days and only if the products are new, have not been unsealed or their packaging and physical condition have been violated and are accompanied by the accompanying documents (receipt, invoice, etc.). The above conditions apply only in the case of a defective, damaged or incorrect item. We are not responsible for any incorrect purchase you may have made and due to the nature of our products, refunds are not accepted. In case of return, the user will be charged with the corresponding transport costs.

The Right of Withdrawal.

Every consumer has the right to change his or her mind about a purchase made at a distance. Withdrawal applies to transactions in all EU countries made over the Internet, by e-mail, by fax, by telephone and for transactions made outside shops.

In particular, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and return the product in its original condition, without giving reasons.
For its part, the online store must refund the money paid for the purchase of the product including the original shipping costs, within 14 calendar days from the day on which it was informed of the withdrawal.
